We are seeking to appoint a full-time Specialty Doctor to work in the department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology to commence as soon as possible for maternity leave cover.
Main duties of the job
This is a Trust Middle Grade post in the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology department. The post holder will participate in a full shift middle grade on-call rota. Duties include second on-call for delivery suite and gynaecological emergencies, attending theatres and antenatal and gynaecology clinics. The rota will be set to 1:10 comprising of weekday and weekend on calls for both nights and day shifts.

Qualifications
* MBBS/MBChB or equivalent
* MRCOG Part 1
* MRCOG part 2 (desirable)
* MRCOG part 3 (desirable)
Experience
* 3 years middle grade experience in obstetrics and gynaecology
* Previous on-call experience
Registration
* GMC registration with a licence to practice
