Responsibilities:
1. Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
2. Attend and close your own sales appointments.
3. Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
4. Achieve quarterly sales targets.
5. Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
6. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward culture.
Ideal Candidate will have:
1. 4+ years track record of selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience NOT required).
2. Confidence in value-based/consultative selling.
3. Ability to sell to different audiences including business owners, board of directors, and HR managers.
4. Experience in a fast-paced environment attending a high volume of weekly meetings.
5. Previous field-based experience.
