Internal Sales Coordinator | £25k to £27k dependant on experience | Derby DE21 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Office based role Excellent Company Benefits Cherry Professional are currently on the lookout for an Internal Sales Coordinator who is highly organised and motivated to join a dynamic team based in the DE21 area of Derby. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function, ensuring seamless communication between clients, the sales team, and other internal departments. Your work will be vital in helping us achieve customer satisfaction and meet company sales goals What we're looking for: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (B2B environment preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Proactive approach with a positive, team-oriented attitude The finer elements of the role include: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels Support the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining customer records Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Manage and update the CRM system to ensure all client information and communications are recorded accurately Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasting activities Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business Help organise and support sales campaigns, promotions, and events Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
