The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for the governance framework and company secretarial matters for our client. The Assistant will provide effective support assisting with the adherence of regulatory and statutory requirements and general company secretarial administration and tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Hold a relevant qualification (ICSA or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a relevant role within Financial Services.
3. Good knowledge of Company Secretarial practices and Guernsey Company Law.
4. Knowledge of Company Secretarial practice and Company Law for other jurisdictions would be advantageous.
Skills:
1. Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
