Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)
Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)

I am working with a multidisciplinary consultancy who are looking for senior town planners and associate town planners to join their growing team, driving urban development and sustainability. They combine a whole range of sectors to provide clients with the best services including transport, air, ecology, planning and more!
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead planning processes from inception to completion.
·Advise teams, clients, and stakeholders on planning matters.
·Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
·Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
·Collaborate with professionals to develop integrated solutions.
·Manage project budgets and timelines.
Requirements:
·Degree in Town Planning or related field; RTPI membership preferred.
·Minimum 5 years' planning experience in consultancy or local government.
·Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy frameworks.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
