We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our Enterprise Transformation Programme and other key initiatives by delivering crucial, data-driven insights that drive decision-making and process optimisation.
As Data Analyst your key responsibilities will include:
1. Collecting, cleaning, and analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Creating dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to senior leaders and the transformation team.
3. Translating complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels.
4. Collaborating with the Director of Data and Insights to align analytics efforts with the overall data strategy.
5. Engaging with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely, relevant insights.
The successful Data Analyst will have:
1. 3+ years of data analysis experience, with a strong focus on large-scale business environments.
2. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
3. Strong analytical skills and experience in data visualisation and reporting.
4. Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Knowledge of data governance and best practices.
