We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer based in Voreda House, Penrith. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly multi-skilled Customer Service Team who are passionate about providing top-level customer service and supporting delivery of the Council's statutory obligations.
The role requires excellent communication skills to engage appropriately with a wide range of customers, both internally and externally, via several channels such as face-to-face, telephone, and email. Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential in this role.
