We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our Community Paediatric Child Development Team. Based in the picturesque Edgerton Park, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our senior leads, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leads in the Community Paediatric Child Development Team.
• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support project documentation.
• Assist in data collection and report preparation to support team goals.
• Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for the team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive approach with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
