Bloomin’ Buds Theatre Company have been based in the Bradford East area of Bradford for over 10 years, working predominantly in the BD10 area. For the last three years we have run the Rockwell Community Centre as an arts and community cultural hub delivering community based support such as food parcels, a weekly timetable of sessions and co-creating live theatre with the local community. Unprecedented increases in utilities have made running Rockwell Community Centre uneconomical, and have impacted our business model. From March 2025, we will be office-based in BD10 and continuing to deliver 10 sessions across five community venues as well as ad-hoc events, workshops and commissioned artistic projects.
To enable us to maintain our high-quality output and community engagement strategy, we need an Operations Manager to oversee all day to day operations and admin to ensure the smooth delivery of this programme of work.
