About the Role
As the Defined Contributions Pensions Manager you will;
* Develop and lead a dedicated DC pensions administration team on all aspects of pension’s legislation, regulations including master trust rules
* Be responsible for managing all DC Scheme Events, Administration and Projects
* Employ a collaborative approach and will have a passion for building strong working relationships, both internally and externally
* Help the team to evolve by implementing best practice and supporting the development of your team through coaching and mentoring
About You
You will:
* Possess significant Pension industry experience and will have extensive knowledge of DC Pensions and Master Trust regulations, governance and administration
* Possess experience of coaching and mentoring
* Demonstrate excellent leadership/people management skills
* Be adept in managing tight deadlines and able adaptable/flexible, able to switch resource and priorities if required at short notice
