Position: Business Development Manager - Consumer & Convenience
Salary: £65,000-£70,000 OTE
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
1. Previous experience in Business Development, specifically within 3pl Contract logistics
2. Understanding of the sales process/mentality in terms of customer engagement
3. Understanding of marketing campaigns and how different channels are utilised to ensure the best results
4. Lead new customer pursuits through the identification, management, and delivery of new business (high value)
5. Conduct research meetings with the customers and leverage coach network to understand the customer's organization, requirements, and business objectives.
6. Build relationships with new and existing customers in the Retail, Consumer & Convenience sector and develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
7. Work with Product and Sector development teams to identify and develop differentiated solutions for customer needs.
