We are seeking a team player with excellent customer service skills to help coordinate and manage the delivery of our property maintenance service and improvement programmes. The role involves providing administrative support to the Property Services Team, maintaining accurate asset management records, and liaising with customers, colleagues, and contractors to help deliver services in a customer-focused environment.
You'll have excellent IT skills in the standard MS Office packages, i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook. You will be capable and enthusiastic with the ability to balance a varied workload. Most importantly, you will have a can-do attitude and a desire to learn.
