Are you an energetic, tech-savvy seller with a passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive? Fiserv, a recognized leader in delivering state-of-the-art solutions for SMB growth, is seeking results-driven individuals for a field-based Business Consultant position on our Short Cycle Merchant Services Sales Team.
What You Will Do:
As a successful Business Consultant, you will take charge of generating your own leads in a dynamic business-to-business (B2B) environment. You'll leverage Clover partner relationships, engage with prospects at strategic partner locations, and collaborate with partner representatives to spread the word about Clover solutions. Utilizing co-branded marketing collateral, you will effectively source new sales opportunities within your partner’s geographical footprint.
In addition, you will nurture client relationships, retain customers, and expand your portfolio through effective relationship management and cross consulting. As a proud member of our Regional Sales force, you will embody Fiserv's values by maintaining the highest ethical standards and treating others with dignity and respect.
What You Will Need:
* Proven experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment targeting small to medium-sized clients.
* Extensive background in cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
* A self-source mentality with the ambition to identify and close opportunities.
* A demonstrated track record of achieving results and consistently hitting key performance indicators (KPIs).
What Would Be Great to Have:
* Skills in cross-selling, sales scoping, and qualification.
* Experience in sales closing and agreements.
* Field sales, telesales, or prospecting experience.
* Knowledge of Fiserv’s diverse product line.
