Must have either experience within the Property Industry or dealing/working with contractors. Working for an Independent bespoke Estate Agents in Kemp Town – Would suit someone looking to expand their career who is already working within the industry but looking for a fresh challenge in a friendly environment.
Responsibilities
1. Handling maintenance requests liaising with tenants
2. Overseeing renovations and refurbishments
3. Answering phones and filing
4. Renewals and tenancy agreements
5. Booking in contractors
6. Uploading payments
7. The applicant needs to be confident, professional, and considerate.
8. Admin for Sales - filing and booking in appointments
9. Working alongside our sales and lettings department
10. Sorting out files and new contractors
What we need
1. Administration knowledge
2. Ideally 1-2 years’ experience working in the Letting Industry
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to work on their own
5. Friendly and patient
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
