Job Title: Customer Service Team Manager - Property Management

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Team Manager of Property Management to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Worcester. Experience within Property Management is not essential for this role; we are looking for an experienced and motivated People Manager, ideally with a background in Customer Service, to manage a team of approximately 12 team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Morning Meetings
2. Providing support and guidance with the implementation of new legislation
3. Help investigate customer complaints and propose/undertake appropriate responses.
4. Help to coordinate and, where possible, provide training.
5. Support the Property Management department through guidance and mentoring to achieve strategic objectives.
6. Support audits of property management departments in conjunction with branch audits.
7. Ensuring that property management best practices are shared.
8. Checking Gas Daily to ensure process adherence, having relevant conversations.
9. Monitoring teams' overdue workflows, having relevant conversations.
10. Monitor the churn report, having relevant conversations.
11. Identify possible opportunities to enhance the level of service provided to both internal and external customers. Discuss with RPM and assume responsibility for implementation.
12. Working on group projects or initiatives along with the RPM to ensure successful implementation.
13. Responsibility to enforce strategic objectives.
14. Conducting Interviews.
15. Ensuring adequate cover in the department for holidays and days off.
16. Monitor workload of Property Managers, being aware of any issues that may affect staff morale.
