Description Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Lead and manage a high-performing internal sales team. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Report on sales results to senior management. Profile A successful Internal Sales Manager should have: A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven work experience in a sales role, preferably within the financial services sector. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Job Offer An attractive salary range of £27,000 - £33,000 - plus commission.
