Accountability For-
* Retention & acquisition of clients.
* Deliver targets whilst conforming to compliance and continual improvement.
* Maximising Branch profitability, working closely with their Branch team to ensure objectives are hit.
* Delivering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Contributing to the Branch by maximising any opportunities.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Role model effective and efficient communication within the branch and across the business.
* Contribute, where required to the senior management discussions and development of company growth.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Valuer -
* Preferably an experienced Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent, Lister / Valuer looking to accelerate your career
* High KPI figures for winning instructions.
* Talent in spotting and creating opportunities to expand the business.
* The desire to uphold high professional standards and exceed the expectations of customers at every opportunity.
* Demonstratable generation of new business in a target-driven environment
* Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
General Roles & Responsibilities
* Company meetings
* Support senior management
* Attend & Report on your individual Performance in Sales Management meetings
* Ensure companywide standards, processes and procedures are upheld
* Support Line Manager in providing and updating statistics for weekly meeting
* Carry out, and implement business generation activities
* Carry out market appraisals and ensure the company follow-up process is implemented
* Achieve add-on services
* Create a culture of cross-selling through the branches
* Following the company client on board and the listing process
* Negotiate offers / help staff negotiate offers with clients
* Deliver company processes
* Deliver regular client updates
* Deal with client issues
* Being involved in the continual development of the branch and company.
