Job Description
Were looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT Development & Solution team within Connells Group. As a member of a Scrum team, you will need a unique blend of technical skills, business knowledge, and interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively analyse, communicate, and collaborate across these agile, cross-functional, business aligned teams.
We offer hybrid working arrangement with 1 or 2 days a week in our Milton Keynes or Manchester offices.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable technology deliveries.
2. Own the analysis and understanding of the technology requirements for the business area they support. Use different techniques such as interviews, surveys, and workshops to facilitate this.
3. Support product backlog grooming. This involves organizing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it is clear and concise, and aligned with the objectives of the business area they support.
4. Work closely with Software Engineers, participate in sprint planning sessions and daily stand up meetings, provide guidance on requirement and updates on any issues encountered.
5. Play a part in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. This involves defining test scenarios, coordinating with end-users, and conducting UAT sessions.
