What You Will Do:
- Lead the design, support, and implementation of IT policies, processes, and procedures for employees.
- Coordinate with third-party IT suppliers for day-to-day support and hardware management, ensuring cost efficiency and budget alignment.
- Deliver training to staff on IT systems to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the delivery of 1st to 3rd line IT services, setting and monitoring SLAs to maintain high service availability.
- Assist with IT aspects of office moves, projects, and onboarding new systems and suppliers.
- Oversee IT Support Engineer, maintaining the IT asset register, and monitoring equipment loans.
What You Will Bring:
- Certification in, or solid experience with, core Microsoft products such as Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, InTune, and IT security packages.
- At least 1 year of management experience within an IT team and 3 years of IT Support, including 1st/2nd line experience.
- Strong working knowledge of server maintenance and/or network management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in training staff members with new system and software adoption.
