The successful candidate should be able to build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents and staff. Will have a genuine passion for education and be able to motivate and inspire others. You should have strong behaviour management skills and must be able to plan, prepare and teach well-structured lessons in accordance with the curriculum. You will also provide learners with appropriate points of referral as required. Promote a safe and supportive learning environment and adhere to key legislation, regulatory requirements and codes of practice.
