Due to continued growth, they now have an excellent opportunity for a 3PL / Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join their offices in Didsbury.

Job Purpose:
To support the management of stock in 3PL warehouses and ensure the smooth flow of goods by liaising closely with other teams within the European Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
1. Run and update daily stock reports for all 3PL warehouses.
2. Ensure alignment of stock in ERP system (M3) against reports.
3. Manage aged stock to minimize wastage.
4. Obtain and manage delivery slots into all 3PL warehouses.
5. Main lead for traceability.
6. Work closely with planning, logistics, and customer service teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Key Skills:
1. Experienced in a similar role – having worked with 3PLs.
2. Must be proficient in MS Office - strong Excel skills are a particular benefit.
3. Good communication and customer service skills.
4. Problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent time management skills.
6. Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
7. Must be an excellent team player.
8. Willingness to develop knowledge by undertaking training (paid for by the company) is desirable.
