Event & Sports Planning:
* Passionate about sports marketing with the ability to collaborate on upcoming fixtures and live events.
* Assist in managing marketing budgets, timelines, and logistics.
* Work closely with the events and marketing teams to stay aligned with the sports calendar.
* Build relationships with brands to execute creative concepts and deliver on KPIs.
Live Event Coordination:
* Support the planning and coordination of live sports and music events.
* Assist in managing marketing and ad budgets, ensuring smooth execution.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Culinary Collective, operations, sales) for seamless event communication.
* Help produce marketing materials, coordinate PR efforts, and manage influencer and journalist visits.
Social Media Strategy & Management Support:
* Assist in implementing social media strategies that align with the venue’s brand voice and business goals.
* Support the management of social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
* Help create and curate engaging content (photography, videos, and copy) to showcase sports events and promotions.
* Research social media trends and competitors to provide fresh, relevant content ideas.
* Engage with followers by responding to inquiries and fostering community interaction under the guidance of the social media manager.
* Assist in building and managing the CRM and loyalty program to drive customer retention.
Sports-Focused Brand Promotion & Marketing:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns for major sports events (e.g., Super Bowl, Champions League, major fight nights).
* Help design and execute activations around key sporting moments to drive fan engagement and increase venue footfall.
* Measure and report on the success of sports-related campaigns using analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversions.
* Assist in creating newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials to highlight upcoming sports fixtures and exclusive offers.
* Leverage user-generated content from fans to showcase the live event experience and enhance brand credibility.
* Support collaborations with athletes, sports influencers, and local sports communities to boost brand visibility and foster partnerships.
* Identify emerging sports trends and fan behaviours to refine marketing strategies and deliver relevant content.
Collaboration & Networking:
* Build relationships with influencers, local businesses, and community partners to promote sports events and increase venue traffic.
* Represent the venue at industry events and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and attract new business.
Experience & Tools:
* Proficient in using marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager) to track and optimize campaign performance.
* Experienced with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and CRM systems for customer engagement and retention.
* Skilled in content creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva for producing marketing materials.
* Familiar with social listening tools (e.g., BrandWatch, Sprout Social) to monitor audience sentiment and adapt messaging.
* Knowledgeable in event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Ticketmaster) for effective promotion and audience tracking.
