About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bank Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. Your role will also involve supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in creating an environment that is warm, welcoming and vibrant, while respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents. You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, so there's no limit to how far you can go with us.
Job Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
