As the Content Publishing Assistant Manager, you will:
* Own and lead end-to-end project delivery for aligned Content Publishing.
* Manage delivery of content acquisition and publishing service level expectations and conduct regular audits of the current processes.
* Track and resolve issues around processes and efficiency for the team and serve as the point of escalation for aligned customers and stakeholders.
* Document and present best practices to increase team’s efficiency.
* Perform quality audits of work completed by the aligned team members and have an eye for detail.
* Demonstrate an overall business understanding & awareness of critical elements associated with the various project life cycle stages.
* Analyze team quality metrics and take accountability to implement efficiencies.
Develop Talent
* Guide the team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrate and encourage strategic thinking in the team to generate innovative ideas as part of proposed solutions.
* Recruit, onboard, administratively manage teams, and mentor team members.
Deliver on the Knowledge Services vision
Initiate and lead collaboration efforts to develop synergies across Knowledge Services teams and other global Content Publishing locations.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
* Proven track experience in leading teams.
* Bachelor/Master’s in Library Sciences, MBA, or Postgraduate degree in English, Translation studies or equivalent.
* Experience with content management (content acquisition, tagging, records management, archiving, data masking and confidentiality, etc.).
* Capacity to interact with professionals across different levels and geographies.
* Experience in professional services firms or equivalent preferred.
Other skills:
* Exposure to tools, systems, and data handling to help analyze trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve processes.
* Ability to think strategically using strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to foster knowledge sharing.
* Ability to adapt communication style with ease when working with team members, clients, and stakeholders across different levels.
* Fluency in one of the following languages is highly desirable: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese.

Personal independence
