The Role This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, working 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM during the night We are seeking a skilled and reliable Counterbalance Driver to join our dynamic Warehousing and Logistics team. As a Counterbalance Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within our modern warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently to handle palletised goods. Load, unload, and store products accurately in designated warehouse locations. Perform regular equipment checks to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, health and safety guidelines, and company policies. Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy targets. Maintain accurate records of inventory movement using warehouse management systems. Picking and packing orders according to client requirements. Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management. About You: Valid counterbalance licence and proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts. Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
