* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Key Responsibilities
The post is intended to be a concierge/buddy service, acting as a go-between for residents and management. Responsibilities include:
* Listening to and passing on any concerns or queries from residents.
* Getting to know each resident and their needs to ensure a positive experience.
* Making residents feel at home and welcome.
* Being aware of residents’ birthdays and coordinating celebrations.
* Introducing yourself to residents and their families, obtaining contact details.
* Ensuring residents are comfortable and liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and care teams.
* Informing residents about the activities programme and assisting them in attending.
* Helping with correspondence, banking, shopping, and other personal errands.
* Facilitating personal shopping trips and outings for residents.
* Spending one-to-one time with residents to provide companionship.
* Planning trips and social events for residents.
* Maintaining records of assistance provided to residents.
* Attending funerals as necessary.
