As a Stock Room Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will handle the organisation and distribution of products, maintaining an orderly stockroom and supporting the sales team in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Description
6. Stock Management: Receive, inspect, and organise incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
7. Inventory Control: Participate in regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
8. Product Distribution: Transfer stock from the stockroom to the sales floor efficiently, ensuring that products are available for customers.
9. Organization: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised stockroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
10. Supporting Sales Team: Work collaboratively with the sales team to fulfill stock requests and ensure timely replenishment.
11. Replenishment: Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring displays are consistently stocked and visually appealing.
12. Loss Prevention: Be vigilant in monitoring stock movement to prevent loss, theft, and damage.
Qualifications
13. Attention to Detail: A meticulous and organised approach, with a keen eye for detail.
14. Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
15. Physical Stamina: Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
*Salary is based on age range (16-20 £8.65) (21+ £11.50)
