Location: You'll be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. Nestled in the countryside, our campus offers a serene working environment with state-of-the-art facilities including an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, gym, and regular shuttle service to and from Horsham's main train station. Who We're Seeking:
As a Proposition Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Group Proposition and Strategy Director to define, prioritize, and deliver our future propositions. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with senior stakeholders, clients, and third-party experts to develop clear and customer-friendly propositions. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement these propositions effectively and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and build new propositions and products while optimizing existing offerings.
* Gather feedback from key stakeholders to ensure clarity and customer friendliness of propositions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source and deliver optimal solutions.
* Work closely with Change teams and Benchmark Digital to implement clear value propositions.
* Understand customer needs and market demands to design future propositions.
* Establish and communicate the Benchmark advantage for each proposition.
* Build relationships with stakeholders to inform business decisions.
* Present at seminars, sponsored events, and industry gatherings to represent Benchmark.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business.
* Extensive experience in Financial Services, particularly Financial Planning / IFA and wrap/platform markets.
* Solid background in proposition management with knowledge of financial planning principles.
* Demonstrated ability to develop market-leading propositions and strategic plans.
* Strong networking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with IT CRM systems.
* Valid UK driving license.
* Tenacious, resilient, and proactive with a strong initiative.
