This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team that values company culture as highly as the work itself. As a growing business, they are consistently onboarding new clients and reviewing existing ones, creating a need to expand their admin team to support this continued growth. Responsibilities: Provide admin support within wealth management, assisting with case processing. Work with back-office systems such as X-Plan, Intelliflo, FE Analytics, and Cashcalc. Manage provider platforms and ensure smooth processing of investments, pensions, and portfolios. Support in areas like Equity Release, mortgages, IHT planning, and protection. Apply your knowledge of FCA rules and financial services operations. Skills & Experience: Strong technical knowledge of pensions, tax-efficient investments, and portfolios. Proven experience in wealth management admin support. Excellent IT skills and the ability to work with complex systems. Outstanding communication skills.
