We are seeking a mid-weight designer to join our Creative team in Orpington. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of design projects, implement the creative vision across all brand elements within a vibrant global environment.
A team player who can engage with the CSM Live team, is passionate about design, is naturally creative, and who can provide creative and technical skill whilst staying calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Lead new design briefs and develop design responses under the direction of the creative director.
* Bring fresh ideas and approaches to your work, develop multiple design proposals from brief through to completion for use in both internal and external environments.
* Work from guidelines and roll out work across a suite of formats under the direction of the creative director.
* Developing event brand identities for both new and existing clients
* Presenting your work to wider teams clearly and confidently.
* Brand guardian for both Wasserman Live and specific clients, reviewing of all work before making final presentation.
* Liaising directly with account handling teams and clients under the supervision of Creative Director.
* Any other duties as reasonably requested.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
* Graphic design and typographical experience.
* Experience across multiple disciplines and channels including event branding, print, poster and OOH.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills and able to work within timeframes.
* Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat Pro).
* Fully proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote.
* Strong understanding of the print production process.
* Able to work on own initiative and equally able to take verbal direction.
* A strong understanding of designing within brand guidelines and working to a specific brief.
* Comfortable in taking a core creative proposal and working it across multiple media formats
* The ability to adapt and work across multiple projects at one time, provide support at a campaign’s
art-working stage.
* 5+ years’ experience in design/experiential sectors.
* An interest in sports and a passion for brands recommended!
