Are you a CIPD qualified HR Manager or similar who has previously worked in a company with a size of 300 - 500 people looking to manage a growing workforce for a family run business? This role offers flexibility while influencing company procedures, along with a host of benefits and a bonus.
On offer is the opportunity to join a long established family run business that has grown to become one of the biggest tool suppliers in the UK. They supply various tool lines to companies across the UK and are looking to improve and refine their internal processes.
In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director, manage a team of 3, and oversee a large company spanning multiple offices and warehouses. You will work closely with management in various departments to advise, implement, and improve policies.
This role would suit an HR Manager or similar who is looking to help a growing company take their next step into becoming an industry leader, shaping policies and managing a team for a company that supports development and provides the tools for success.

* Working with the management team to implement new processes
