The Marketing Officer role provides support for marketing activity across the University. It plays an important role in recruiting and influencing potential and current students, as well as other stakeholders, through the development of a wide range of marketing collateral. You will brief and work with external agencies to produce material that reflects the RAU brand, and of which you can be proud, as well as taking the lead in generating posts for all our social channels. You will be aware of social trends how they can be adapted for us to use and will be a dab hand at taking photos or videos and editing them for social channels or website use. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Officer to join the team. Your work will be varied and interesting, covering content creation for a range of media including social media, email, as well as various printed brochures and reports. You will need to be creative in your approach and able to prioritise and multitask. The post will suit those who have great copywriting skills, lots of ideas, a can do attitude and are organised and methodical in their approach. You will also have good attention to detail and be comfortable and confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders. This role will report to the Marketing and Campaigns Manager and will contribute to the work of the team, and wider External Relations directorate, as required.
