Day to Day: Reading and Interpreting Drawings Working from CAD designs to craft bespoke furniture and interiors. Cutting, Shaping, and Assembling Using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to create high-end joinery pieces. Sanding and Finishing Preparing surfaces and applying stains, varnishes, or paints for a luxury finish. Quality Control and Detailing Ensuring precision, durability, and flawless craftsmanship in every piece. Workshop Maintenance and Safety Managing materials, tools, and adhering to health & safety standards. Requirements: 5 years or more Bench Joinery experience. Experience within environments requiring bespoke work would be desirable. Full and valid UK Driving Licence.
