We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in our Richmond office. You will work with both our independent clients and external suppliers to ensure each has a positive experience on their journey with us.
This role is a new position, a mixture of customer support and sales. Working closely with both the customer service lead and sales director, you will manage inbound communication from our client base while also spotting sales opportunities with our independent investors.
What you will do
* Represent the brand in a professional and personal demeanor
* Ensure all client and customer communication/requests are acknowledged and actioned promptly
* Convert client exit requests into resumed investment
* Update and maintain the CRM to ensure all clients are kept up to date
* Client Marketing: Newsletters, Events
Who you are
You will need to be comfortable communicating with potential clients across all formats, especially on the phone. You will also ideally have sales experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and understanding of industry trends
* Planning and organizational skills
* Time management
* Experience with a multitude of CRMs (valued, not necessary)
