Salary: £38,754 - £42,897 Youll be proactively managing a variety of complex cases using HR databases, giving effective advice to first line supervisors on applying procedures such as attendance and performance. Our HR team work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the whole organisation, offering advice and guidance on employment law, policy, employee relations and performance management. This is a varied, rewarding, and innovative role. This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2026.
