Health and Safety Advisor
Location: Cardiff
Salary & Benefits:
* Up to £30,000 per annum
* Annual profit share, up to 10%

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and manual handling assessments, and identify ways to reduce risks.
2. Develop standard operational procedures that consider all relevant hazards.
3. Perform regular site inspections to ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented.
4. Lead health and safety inductions for new employees.
5. Implement proactive safety measures such as fire drills and first aid scenario tests.
6. Provide in-house health and safety training for employees.
7. Investigate and record incidents and accidents, and prepare statistical reports for management.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience as a Health & Safety Advisor.
* NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent, or currently working towards it.
* Solid understanding of health and safety legislation.
* Knowledge of ISO standards: 9001, 14001, and 45001.
