Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely growing business based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area who is looking for a hands on Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will manage the finances for the business, everyday transactional finance, updating HR records, payroll, month end / year end accounts etc. This is a great varied Finance Manager role.
Location: Office based, East Grinstead - free parking onsite
Finance Manager duties:
* Everyday accounting duties such as; credit control, purchase ledger and sales ledger invoicing
* Supplier and bank reconciliations as well as month end
* Processing payments and expenses
* Cashflow management and budgets
* Financial reporting and analysis
* Monthly management accounts
* Assisting with year-end and VAT returns
* Supporting with HR records, payroll and reviewing company insurances / facilities etc
Skills and experience:
* Experience of working in a similar Finance Manager - Head of Finance type role and be either AAT qualified or CIMA qualified ideally
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Good IT skills, using MS Excel and also accounting systems such as; Sage
