Job Summary
The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on all aspects of HR, including employment law, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
* HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business growth and organizational success.
* Employment Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including UK legislation.
* Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
* Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
* Benefits and Payroll: Manage employee benefits, including pension schemes, employee referral programs, and other rewards.
* Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
* Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes that support employee development and business success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications: A recognized qualification in HR, such as CIPD Level 3 or above.
* Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a high-volume employment relations-based environment.
* Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, including UK legislation, and experience working within a regulated environment.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £27,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme contributions, employee referral programs, and flexible working arrangements.
