Asbestos Analysts, Surveyors, and Consultants – M5 Corridor

Roles and Responsibilities
You’ll bring your expertise to:
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in accordance with HSG:264, ensuring compliance across a range of projects and building types.
* Perform air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projects.
* Supervise asbestos removal works, providing expert advice and ensuring all operations meet Health and Safety standards.
* Deliver detailed, accurate reports and maintain excellent client relationships with a professional and personable approach.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will hold:
* BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (or equivalent).
* A minimum of two years of industry experience (preferred).
* A solid working knowledge of HSG:248 and HSG:264.
* Outstanding communication, client liaison, and report-writing skills with an unwavering focus on detail.
* A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* A flexible approach to working hours and a full driving licence.
* IT proficiency (experience with TEAMs is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided).
