We have an exciting position available for a Multiskilled Electrician to join us Youll carry out the operational duties of a multi-skilled Electrician, including associated works, across the full range of repairs service on all One Manchester`s owned and managed properties and for external clients. Key responsibilities and accountabilities To deliver an efficient electrical repairs and maintenance service including planned, responsive, servicing, void and installation work. To maximise productivity and comply with all current regulations and good practice at all times. To achieve defined performance targets, KPIs and productivity levels Good communication skills when dealing with customers, contractors and other trades. Carry out all duties in accordance with the Electrical and Repairs policy and comply with all other One Manchester policies. To be a positive ambassador for the service in accordance with theHEART values. What were looking for: To have served and completed a recognised Electrical apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ standard. An electrician working to the most up to date regulations 18thedition latest updates. 2391 inspection and testing is also desirable Working knowledge of current legislation relating to H&S, CDM and Electrical Testing, Installation and Inspection works. Good verbal and written communication skills. Possess a Full UK driving licence. The ability to work carefully, methodically and safely with good planning and organisational skills.
