Our growing client based in LS27 are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on an ongoing basis with the chance to go permanent.
Your role:
1. Communicating with Field and Internal Sales Teams confirming bookings
2. Dealing with enquiries / escalations from the wider business
3. Checking weekly invoices and challenging any discrepancies
4. Ensuring all customers / escalations / claims are logged and up to date
5. Working effectively
6. Meeting targets
7. Providing feedback to Internal Sales Teams
8. Assisting the Team Leader to produce meaningful KPI's and weekly reporting
9. Responding to all incidents in a timely manner
10. Taking and dealing with calls from Clients / Customers for queries with suppliers
The ideal candidate:
1. Excellent telephone manner
2. Keen eye for detail
3. Can work in a timely manner
We have 2 shifts available:
1. 1. Monday to Friday
2. 2. Must work 5 days to include Monday and Saturday, with Sunday off and days through the week.
