Your expertise extends to safeguarding procedures, with a solid grasp of relevant legislation such as the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act. You have substantial experience in Social Work, ideally in Child or Adult services, and are committed to continuously developing your professional skills. What the Job Involves This role involves safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable children, young people, and adults by providing high-quality social work practices in assessment, intervention, care planning, and review. You will work collaboratively with multiple agencies, engaging in effective partnership working and co-production with service users and their carers. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing risks, planning and managing care, and contributing to service development and review processes. You'll maintain professional standards, adhere to service quality frameworks, and ensure relevant records are completed accurately. Monitoring and reviewing service provision, managing your workload, and participating in regular supervision are key aspects of this role.
