An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor at Fuel Proof Limited. We are looking for a dynamic and flexible individual who is customer service driven and eager to learn.
As part of the role, there will be an element of account management, looking after existing customers with the intention to grow and develop key accounts.
Suitable applicants need to expect a fast-paced environment and be able to react quickly to customer requests.
The individual must be hands-on with focus and commitment to grip the sales process from start to finish. Must be comfortable talking to customers on the phone and face to face, directing prospects towards the right product and negotiating to win business.

Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Ensure the best quality of service to customers.
2. Approach customers and recommend the most appropriate product to meet their needs.
3. Consultative/fact-finding approach to the sales process.
4. Take the sales process from end to end, all the way through to the goods being delivered.
5. Manage customer expectations and resolve challenges.
6. Confident with all Microsoft products.
7. Maintain the customer database/CRM system.
8. Manage your pipeline effectively to maintain contact with your customers.
9. Proactively make calls to existing customers and new prospects.
10. Answer incoming calls and problem-solve for customers.
11. Proactively develop product knowledge.
12. Highlight potential markets/opportunities both nationally and internationally for FP products.
13. Strong communication skills and able to develop interdepartmental relationships.
14. Must have own transport.
15. Will need to travel occasionally and attend both national and international trade exhibitions.
16. Live within a reasonable distance of LA3 3FH.
17. Proven track record in sales is an advantage.
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00
