The Team
The Worldwide Invention team at Mindshare drives creativity & innovation in and beyond media by excelling in culture, community, and innovation. Through a balance of deep expertise and creative thinking, we guide our clients to think outside of the box, using channels and mechanics that drive growth beyond their existing realms of focus.
We’re on the hunt for a Creative Strategist for Unilever, Nutrition/Food Category, who can transform insights into jaw-dropping campaigns, harness emerging tech to push boundaries, and make waves across every platform imaginable. This role is based in London, with some travel (5-10%).
The Role
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be the ultimate idea alchemist—taking raw data, cultural insights, and audience behaviors and transforming them into groundbreaking creative concepts. You’ll be the bridge between client briefs and creative output, combining creativity, design, and production to develop innovative, tech-driven solutions for projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative Ideation & Strategy
* Generate boundary-pushing, media-agnostic creative ideas that work across various channels.
* Partner with clients’ creative agencies to translate high-level concepts into actionable ideas.
* Develop creative strategies for various Unilever Food/Nutrition brands rooted in media.
Creative Consultancy for Media & Tech Production
* Review and elevate creative briefs for media and tech partners.
* Lead or attend media partner briefings.
* Review creative proposals and provide constructive feedback.
* Give the final thumbs-up on assets before they go live.
Creative Direction Throughout the Process
* Help identify production partners and direct them from ideation to implementation stage.
* Create/review treatments, storyboards, design layouts, and scripts.
* Create/review user journeys and identify related assets.
* Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Overall Development of Invention Practice
* Work with Unilever Food/Nutrition category client leads to uncover creative media opportunities.
* Bring creativity into everything we do.
* Promote our team’s groundbreaking work internally and externally.

* You’ve got proven experience crafting channel-agnostic ideas.
* Your experience speaks volumes, whether from a media agency or a non-traditional creative background.
* You thrive in collaboration but can also work independently.
* Your skillset spans the entire process—from ideation to execution.
* You have a strong copywriting background.
* You understand the media landscape and its channels.
* You’re confident communicating with clients and building relationships.
* Experience with graphic design software is a huge plus.
