This is a fabulous opportunity to join an outstanding specialist school. The school is looking for an inspiring SEN Trainee Teacher to join their school on a full-time, term-time only basis. This role is needed from Jan/Feb on a permanent basis. You will teach SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis. This is a training role, and by the end of the programme, you will be creating your educational lessons and supporting multiple learners. SEN experience would be beneficial for this role. The school offers a sunny disposition and welcomes all with open arms. The school has brilliant grounds, resources, and spacious rooms and aims to provide all pupils with a holistic education. This school supports SEN children between the ages of 4-16 years, offering both a primary and secondary phase. In addition to the national curriculum, the school supports a vocational route designed to meet the pupils' individual interests, including mechanics, beautician, outdoor pursuits, cookery, and forest school. Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant childcare, teaching assistant, or care experience (Must be able to provide references)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs (desirable)
* Calm, nurturing, and resilient individual
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Capacity to support children on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
