Join a dynamic public sector team as a Technical Support Officer within the Transfers & Disposals function, helping to deliver vital property initiatives that shape the future of local communities.
Your Impact:
* Play a key role in property transfer and disposal projects, supporting sustainable development and community growth.
* Provide technical and administrative support to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient delivery across the team.
* Manage queries, update key documentation, and liaise with stakeholders including developers, agents, and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assist with feasibility-led options appraisals for surplus and community assets
* Support the preparation of business cases for property use in line with strategic priorities
* Update and maintain documents including Heads of Terms and procurement papers
* Track progress through action logs, inbox monitoring, and database updates
* Coordinate with consultants and other departments to ensure smooth workflows
* Provide administrative support for meetings and reporting
* Handle basic financial processes like raising orders and processing invoices
About You:
* Experience supporting an estates or property-related team
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to work well under pressure
* Confident communicator and a proactive team player
* Comfortable working with stakeholders and managing multiple admin tasks
* Willing and able to work on-site at least 2 days/week in Dorchester
