To provide agile leadership coaching to executives, managers, scrum masters, and team leads.
The Agile Coach is a key role in delivering agility change and new ways of working as part of an enterprise transformation. The Agile Coach will have a passion and the drive to create and support Agile change across the enterprise, educating, coaching, and guiding colleagues through change, and enabling people to be successful in their roles.
The Agile Coach will be a cultural change agent responsible for supporting the creation of clear transformation objectives, the measures of success, and working closely with the teams.
Responsibilities
* Guiding the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
* Providing training and coaching on Agile practices such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
* Identifying and removing impediments to Agile teams.
* Promoting continuous improvement within the organization.
* Supporting organizational change and collaboration.
* Facilitating key Agile ceremonies.
Key Skills & Experience Required

* Recognised Agile certification (E)
* Education to degree standard and/or equivalent qualifications/experience (E)
* Deep knowledge of Agile coaching and/or training teams and individuals (E)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (E)
* Strong facilitation skills and deep experience of core Agile practices (E)
* In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Agile methodologies (E)
* Experience of managing, inspiring, and motivating a team (E)
* Empathetic understanding of team members (E)
* Excellent written communication (E)
* Conflict navigation skills (E)
* Ability to facilitate identification and management of priorities (E)
* SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification (D)
* ITIL foundation qualification (D)
* Good project management skills (D)
