We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Support Worker who is passionate about rehabilitation.
The Falkirk Community Bed AHP Team provides multidisciplinary assessment and rehabilitation for adults who are in the community beds across the Falkirk council area. The team is made up or Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy assistants and Rehab Support workers and cover Boness Community Hospital, Falkirk Community Hospital, Summerford House, Cunningham House and a number of other care homes.
If you are committed to providing excellent patient care are flexible in your approach and enjoy collaborative team working then the Falkirk Community Bed AHP Team will offer you the opportunity to further develop your rehabilitation skills. Clinical support workers in Rehabilitation are a valued and highly respected part of the service and are key to delivering AHP programmes. The clinical support workers will work alongside AHP, Nursing and care colleagues from both Health and Social Care.
The team provides a 7 day service and the post will involve weekend and shift working.
