About this Role
Dear applicant,
We have a wonderful opportunity for a fabulous teacher to join our team here at Sprites! It is for our Nursery class, Little Lions, so experience in the Early Years is essential. We have a growing Nursery, to match our growing ambitions in this exciting phase of our development, and require someone with the vision, drive and energy to reimagine our Nursery provision. You will have the freedom and support to create a high quality learning environment that delivers an excellent and ‘fearless’ start to children’s education!
Our children are the most delightful children! Warm, polite, eager to learn and full of character, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We serve a challenging area of Ipswich, and the difference we are making to our community makes job fulfilment sky high.
As a team, we very much work hard and play hard. We know the job is demanding, so we also know we must balance things out for personal wellbeing, pupils’ love for school and to avoid burnout. We do a staff panto, staff flashmob, community colour run, community fireworks extravaganza, Easter bonnet parade, staff vs kids sports matches and run lots and lots of after school clubs. In short, making Sprites a great place to work and be.
If this sounds like the place for you then let’s have a chat on the phone or come and visit our wonderful school.
Thank you,
Mr Mo Rahman
