Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration
* Scheduling deliveries and managing transport bookings
* Liaising with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
* Maintaining accurate records and updating transport management systems
* Preparing and processing transport documents, invoices, and reports
* Assisting with compliance and ensuring all legal requirements are met
Profile
Transport Administrator - Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a transport/logistics or similar administrative role
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
